Here's where I will keep in touch with all of you until we see each other again. Stay safe and make good choices.
WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!!!!
April 3, 2020: Here's something fun! Watch this edition of The Rattler Report!
April 2, 2020: Hello, my kiddos. By now you should have recieved a call, or heard from others that yes, we will not be returning to RMHS this school year. It's ok to be sad, disappointed, angry, or whatever emotion you may be feeling. Allow yourself permission to feel. That being said, that doesn't mean that schooling has stopped. Starting May 1st, we will be moving to an online learning model. Please make sure that you are registered into Google Classroom for all of your teachers (or whatever program your teacher is using). I'm not sure what assignments will look like for my classes yet...but I will have assignments for you by the time May 1st rolls around. As always, you can email me if you have any questions, concerns, or just want to say "hi." We will get through this, because we are Rattlers. Stay safe; make good choices.
March 30, 2020: Hi everyone! In preparation for Phase 3 of distance learning (which will stard after Spring Break) I need everyone to sign up in Google Classroom for our classes. You can find your classes code at the top of the page for your class, under the CLASSES tab above. Please share this information with people/friends you may know from your class. I will also try to send out invites through Google Classroom. Thank you all for being flexible and patient as we ford these unknown waters. Stay safe; make good choices.
March 29, 2020: Hi guys! I hope you are all staying safe, and staying at HOME! There have been some changes to Meal distributions. Please check the PSUSD website and also the school website. While there are still a lot of unanswered questions...I can tell you that Prom has been RESCHEDULED to MAY 30th. Same time and place. As far as anything else, I don't know. Please know we are working on solutions to the issues we are still facing. Also...please check the flyer below regarding our ASB's VIRTUAL SPIRIT WEEK!!!! And make sure you are all subscribed to The Rattler Report on YouTube. There should be a special edition coming out soon!!! As always, you are welcome to email me if you have other questions, or just want to chat. Stay safe; Make good choices.
March 21, 2020: Just checking in. I hope you are all doing as well as can be expected. By now, you should have received what you should be working on during our time away from school. If you haven't, please visit either the District website (www.psusd.us) or the school website (www.ranchomiragehighschool.org). To my seniors, I do not have any answers to your most pressing questions. My heart is breaking for you...but I am also very proud of how you are dealing with, and reacting to this unprecedented situation. As I learn more information, I will post it. As always, stay safe; make good choices.
March 18, 2020: If you need a chromebook, please read the flyer below. You can pick one up at the school, tomorrow, between 11:30-1:00. You will need your student ID.
March 18, 2020: Just got out of a virtual meeting. As of now, there is nothing new that you need to worry about for school. If you have missing assignments, you can still turn those in. The District is working out how to continue learning, and what to do regarding seniors and graduation requirements. At the moment, we are out of school until April 30th. And since that is a Thursday, I'd be willing to bet that the soonest we would be back is May 4th. I hope I get to see you all then. As always, stay safe and make good choices. Please feel free to email me if you have questions, or anything. Love, Mrs. N
